Still can't approve or reply to comments

    For the past 2 weeks I have been unable to approve or reply to comments via the app. For comment approval, it reverts back to its "awaiting moderation" status. When replying to comments, I get an error I message "There has been an unexpected error while sending your reply" and then I'm given the option to "try again" or "give up". No matter how many times I click "try again", I get the same response.

    Others who have had the issue say it's been resolved as of February 6, but I'm still having the same issue and no amount of uninstalling and reinstalling or updating resolves the issue. Is this a developer issue? If so, ca it be resolved? My website is

    This has happened to me before and it was due to my device trying to access the web from a public wifi network which I needed to sign into. As soon as I turned off the wifi on my phone - to force it to use the cellular network - I was able to approve comments. It sometimes also helps to restart the device just to cycle the network connection.

    If this doesn't help, then try approving a comment with the app to the point where it fails, then email us your log files. These can be found at Me > Help & Support > Activity Logs. Email them to mobile-support@automattic.com and mention this thread in the email. Thank you!
