Replaced app, now can't login

  1. First, the app on my iPad mini, version 5.9, was crashing every time I launched it. I deleted the app and downloaded it again from the AppStore. Now, I am unable to login with my username and password.

    To help us diagnose the issue more effectively, please login again, then send us your Activity Logs found in (?) > Activity Logs. To send the logs, tap on the Share icon on the top right to copy them, then paste them here in our chat. Thanks!
