Posts go to Failed but they have published OK

Hi using the latest version of the app and publishing to WP3.5.1
After posting, the app says ¨failed¨and puts it in the Failed section on the iPhone. However, the post is successful and is published correctly (as far as I can tell).
Would appreciate any ideas..
