Overlapping buttons + Crash

  1. I ran into some overlapping buttons while saving a post (draft) in landscape mode. You can check out a screencap of the bug here. Once I was returned back to the post listing screen, the overlapping buttons were still there. Check out a screenshot here. When I pressed the button on top, which should have taken me back to the blog listing, the app crashed.

  2. Can't reproduce this one ...
Did that happen only once or is it happening constantly?

I'm running a slightly newer build than Beta 3, but I can't reproduce this either. It may have been fixed by something we've changed in the meantime.

@Brandondove: If you can replicate this, a bit more information could help us diagnose it.

  4. I'll do my best to replicate it. I'll let you know the steps I took if I get it to happen again.

  5. I have also played with revisions and wasn't able to reproduce,
    so
@brandondove, so the only hopes are that you'll give us some more information.

  6. I can't make it do it again unfortunatley. I've been trying and trying, but nothing I do makes that happen. I did notice this, which seems like a related bug.

    2. press on the body copy of a post
    3. press the save button (in the top right)
    4. notice that there is no button in the top left

Thanks for the details, brandon. I can replicate what you described with the 2.0 build we submitted to Apple, but as best as I can tell, it's only a visual glitch. In the interest of getting the new version out faster, we'll save the fix for our first point update.
