Support Traditional Chinese in next version

    Language: Traditional Chinese
    In GlotPress: Chinese (Taiwan)

    The translation started last year has been done awhile. (we request it in this post, "New Language Request")

    The language code should be 'zh-Hant' in iOS. Normally, it is 'zh_TW' in WordPress.
