Site Stats in Multipress
-
I got the Wordpress App for iPhone. Added my important blogs. I noticed that the Site Stats from Jetpack are included in the app which is cool.
For my websites/blogs that are installed as individual sites - the Site Stat part works and I can see them in the app.
For my websites/blogs that are installed as part of a multipress installation - the Site Stat part does not work. I can log in to my blog, then I'll hit the site stat button, which asks me to log in to jetpack. Which I then do. The app tries to connect then tells me that I need to log in as an administrator. Problem is, my log in is an administrator.
I've tried on both kinds of blog installs, single blogs and multipress. This is only a problem with multipress installs.
How can I get the site stats to work in a multipress setup on the iPhone app?
Thanks,
Jody

Hi Jody, how did you add the sites to the app? Did you enter one login and then you were prompted to select which blogs you wanted?
I'm curious because stats uses the blog's url for stats, but maybe if it has the same url for all of the blogs it gets confused.

Hi,
No, I added them individually based on their URLs.

I can't get stats on my main blog, either, and I'm trying to get them for a non-multisite install (dougal.gunters.org)
Jetpack stats are working fine in my Dashboard. And I can post/edit/manage the blog fine with WPiOS fine, otherwise.
AND, stats work for some of my other blogs (e.g., wordpreh.com, dev.gunters.org). But not on dougal.gunters.org or dougal.us (both of which are single installs).
Main difference my end that I can think of is that dougal.gunters.org runs under Nginx, while the others are on Apache. Using FastCGI with PHP-FPM in both cases.
