Problems uploading videos from iPad and iPhone.

Aug 2, 2012, 12:33 PMI purchased the bundle pack for 99$ where the video upload function is included. But i dont get it to work the way we are suppose to use it. It workes on the cumputer. When i try to upload a video from my iPad it gets to 100% and them tells me that the upload failed and ask me if i want to try again. On my iPhone When pushing the video button i got i popup that redirects me to videopress website. I cant even start to upload a video. Please help me to get this to work on my iPad/iPhone.

If it is a long video, try uploading it over a WiFi connection.

How long is the video on your iPad that you're trying to upload?

Aug 3, 2012, 4:03 PMMrroundhill please help me. I've been trying to upload video to my blog from my iPhone and it keeps crashing. I edit my videos in iMovie- from my phone and when I try to upload it may or may not load partially and then crashes. How do I fix this?

This might help: Go to the Settings App -> WordPress -> Video API and change it to AtomPub and try again. It should do better at uploading large files after that.
