I have trouble accessing the iPhone app because of stated parse error. And I also understand that there is a right angle bracket missing somewhere in my theme, since I can access the iPhone app when I change themes to TwentyTen.

My problem is that I don't know how to find where the right angle bracket is required since the error doesn't tell me which line or file. Is there a external program that I can use?

A lot of parsing errors have been fixed in 2.6.3. Did you try upgrading yet? Let us know if the app still doesn't work with your blog, and we'll start digging deeper.
