Page's permalink changes when page edited

   Hi.

   Page's permalink changes automatically when I edit page with iPhone wordpress client.
   I've just downloaded the latest version for the iPhone(4.2.1) and my WordPress is 3.0.1.

   did you change the page title?
   could you please send us the blog permalinks configuration?

   My blog permalinks configuration is custom,"/%postname%/".

   When I save a page with WordPress iPhone client,database field 'post_name' of table 'wp_posts' change to the same value of 'post_title'.This symptom happens regardless to changing a page title.
   Of course when I save a page with web page,'post_name' don't change.

   i've just set your custom permalinks configuration on a fresh WordPress 3.0.4 installation, and seems there are no issues with the iOS app.
   are you running many plugins?

   I upgraded WordPress to 3.0.4 and I tried to edit a page,but the same symptom happens.(I'm running three plugins,Google XML sitemaps,Lightbox 2,StatPress Reloaded)

   I edited 'Posts' with iPhone client,the symptom doesn't happens.(iPhone client has three tabs,Comments,Posts,Pages) but when I edit 'Pages' with iPhone client,this symptom happens.

   Would you try to edit 'Pages' with iPhone client?

   yes, i edited a page but i've not found any issues.

   I tried on a fresh WordPress 3.0.5 installation and reproduced the same symptom.

   With xml-rpc logging,I inspected communication between WordPress and iPhone client.
   And I found that iPhone client doesn't send parameter 'wp_slug' when I post data from 'Pages' tab.
   (When I post data from 'Posts' tab,iPhone client send parameter 'wp_slug'.)

   Hi,

   I haven't noticed that the slug is not sent during page editing! Thanks for letting us know about this.
   We will provide a fix for this issue in the next app release.
