WordPress for iOS Forums

On the latest iOS app (May 2012) I get an error "Couldn't find Wordpress site at that URL." I can successfully login from a web browser.

Any suggestions?

Hi John,
You site seems to be configured incorrectly. The app needs to get to http://mobiledevelopertips.com/xmlrpc.php, but the file is not found when you visit that url. Do you have some htaccess rules in place that might be interfering?

Thank you! I recently changed the domain (and hosted location), somehow that file got missed.

i am having the same issue but i have the htaccess in there and still no joy.
any ideas on what might be going wrong?
i have had the app working find and it seems since an app update it has just stopped working. today i have reinsstalled wp and still nothing... im all out of ideas. my site is http://www.wearecolt.com for ref

solved for me!
i contacted my hosting company... again, asked them to check if anything was being blocked or restricted, thay said no. I then asked if the xmlrpc.php file was being blocked, their reply was 'yes, it is blocked by mod_security !!!!!
after they removed this restriction it was working fine.
