iOS role problems

   I have tried to log in a blog we host and I get the following error message "sorry you cannot access this feature. Please check your user role on this blog" I am currently setup up as an author on the blog. My manager is able to access the blog wih his administrator role.

   Can authors access blogs through ios app, if so how?

   Not really, it's best if you are an Editor or Administrator role to use the app.

   I have a question to this.

   What if you want to let the authors to see what other people are writing?

   I do not want them to be able to delete or edit other peoples post. But i would like them to be able to read other peoples post.

   The next version of WordPress will have better support for authors using mobile apps

   I'm having this problem, and my role is Administrator. I tried to change to Editor, but it wouldn't let me. Does anyone know how to fix this?

   @minapeartee - The administrator of the blog can access any content on the blog. Are you sure you have the 'Administrator' role on the blog?

   Author -- Somebody who can publish and manage their own posts
   Editor -- Somebody who can publish posts, manage posts as well as manage other people's posts, etc.
   Admin -- Blog's Admin.
