iOS 5 trouble synczing with server content

   I just downloaded Wordpress for iPad2 and the latest version of iOS 5.1 and works great, but it is not syncronizing with content on my server. If I tap Update, it overwrites content on teh server and it shows Posts that are not in the server anymore. How can I refresh the content to edit it in my iPad?. BTY, it also happens with my iPod and iOS 5.1
   Sorry if I'm asking a silly question, I looked around in the Forum and in the FAQ but didn't find anything.
