Cannot log in

   Every time i enter my site, username, and password, i get the "sorry cant log in, please update your credentials and try again later" message. How can this be fixed?

   Make sure you are using the correct username (do not use the email address) /password combination.

   If that doesn't help could you please post the URL of your site?

   I wonder if you are using weird characters within your password. Could you please try setting a simple temporary password for your WordPress account?

   i changed the password and that worked, thanks
