App won't downlod and more

Apr 2, 2012, 5:24 PMApp was working great for 6 months then I couldn't get stats (only comments). I tried reloading it a few times but no help. Now it won't install because it says it is already installed but it's not there.

I would try rebooting your phone, sounds like iOS is a bit confused on what apps it has installed :)

Apr 18, 2012, 5:25 PMI experienced a similar problem. The App had an update so I clicked update, but then it said failed to download with the option of done or retry. Retry continues to fail so not I can't access the app because it's stuck in this update purgatory. I would like to delete the app and reload, but it warns you that all of the stored information - i.e. all my blog posts - will be lost. Will it delete the content from my blog? If I reload the app, when I sign into my blog, will it reload the content from the Wordpress server? Please advise, would like to fix soon as I am a travel blogger and only use the Ipad so kind of stuck right now. Thanks!!!!! Kim

Kim, it won't change any of the content on your blog at all. It's safe to uninstall/reinstall.
