<p>If you're still having trouble, be sure to include as much information as possible about your setup, especially the following:</p>

<li>Whether you're using WordPress.com or self-hosted WordPress</li>
<li>If self-hosted, the version of WordPress you're using (version 3.1 is newest)</li>
<li>The version of your iPhone system software (version 4.3 is newest)</li>
<li>The version of WordPress for iPhone you're using (<a href="http://itunes.com/app/wordpress2">version 2.7<strong></strong></a> is newest)</li>
