Could you please try to update the blog password within the app?
1. Start the app.
2. Go to the Blogs list.
3. Tap the Edit button.
4. Tap the blog title.
5. Insert the blog's password and save the changes.

If this doesn't help, you can delete the blog within the app following the steps below:
1. Start the app.
2. Go to the Blogs list.
3. Swipe your finger on the blog name
4. tapping the delete button.

(Note that the Local draft posts/pages will be removed)

I have the same issue with this bad login/pass combination when trying to upload photos from my iPhone to a newly created unpublished post by iPhone. How did you delete and re-add your blog to the IOS app. Do you mean to "x" out the entire WordPress IOS app and then search in the Apps for WordPress and reload the full app? Thanks

I started encountering this while attempting to upload images from iPhone. I could post text, embed images and video with HTML code but any attempt to upload images errored out while on iPhone. I reviewed as many forum threads as I could find; no joy.

So I simply deleted and readded my blog to the iOS app and voila! Issue resolved!
