We're investigating an issue with the password not saving sometimes. In the meantime, you should be able to get it working again by removing your blog from the app (swipe the blog name in the blogs list, then tap 'Remove') and adding it back again.

When I update it in the app it won't save the new password, it continually reverts to the original password that was input when I installed the app. Gah! Help!
