Hello,
I've been to two stores to view my blog on a variety of iPads and one of my posts (the one dated 4/18/11) is showing up on the iPad with a picture of a watermelon garden which I had never seen before. I have no idea where this picture is coming from. I checked all of the links at the post and there are no matching images. Also, I have removed and reposted the tree photo - but that doesn't affect the watermelon garden picture. Can anyone help me remove this watermelon garden picture from my post?
Thanks!

Cheers,

since the last update I've got smaller/ bigger problems using the App.

bigger:
1. After compressing a video the App crashes (even removed/ reinstalled)
2. After deleting a picture the App crashes
and actually the main issue:
3. It's only utilisable for pictures in landscape format, other pics are automatically stretched into it (landscape format) and directly uploaded i.e. the App is nearly useless for me at the Moment.

smaller:
1. Why are the chosen picture are uploaded directly after choosing?
2. Why do I have to remove manually 'Tap here to begin writing', if I want to post a picture without text?

Nevertheless: Many thanks for your work

Ok, my bad, I understand now some previous posts talking about 300x225 thumbs.
Thumbnails were never really used.
And those height and width attributes disappeared in 2.2 as I understood.

I guess my point comes down to a feature request : be able to choose which size among thumb, medium and full (or auto-resize if chosen) when posting pictures or be able to customize thumb size as previously suggested at the website level.
Though I think the first option is better and could allow to include real thumbnail sized pictures and only load them full size when clicking on them just like in the wordpress web admin interface.

Maybe another handy feature : choose between "line return" (
) and "space" between added pictures.
Sometimes, I replace some tags between photos by some ...

Hello,

I read a few comments on picture size problems but I'm not sure if this is the same as mine.
So, here it is : since a few weeks, when I upload an image, it is correctly "auto-resized", files are created for thumbnail and medium size, but the picture displayed in the post is the full size one.

It may have come with v2.2. If this is so, would it be possible to add an option to select which picture size we want to display in posts ?
Is this a (known) bug ?
Maybe is there a parameter in wordpress admin to put some default size in posts ?

I know I could modify the article later on a computer and add the desired size at the end of the link on the article's body but that's not handy.

Regards

I have a site that begs an image width of 466 px (vs. naturally proportional height). I have set the WordPress media settings to 466 x 466 pixels.

I've tested (before finding the above thread, of course) image postings with the above media settings (466 x 466) for the "Medium" size, for the "Large" size, and for both sizes. I also tested under all these conditions with image resizing set to ON and OFF (on the iPhone WordPress app).
