When I dismiss it and refresh the list of posts, it´s published even it said failed. REAL annoying problem. Worked fine until 1 week ago. Recent versions of both WP app for iOS and WP on the server. What could be wrong?

I have disabled ALL plugins. Only one active is WP to twitter. But that plugin was addad AFTER this problems started!
